Twenty four known active cases of COVID-19 in Codington County heading into the Fourth of July weekend

PIERRE, S.D.–There are 24 known active cases of COVID-19 in Codington County heading into the Fourth of July weekend.

That’s according to the daily report released this morning by the State Health Department.

That number is as high as it’s been all spring and summer.

Statewide, there are 814 active cases, 64 people hospitalized, and 97 deaths from COVID-19.
