Top two South Dakota club basketball programs merging

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The top two club basketball programs in the state of South Dakota, Sanford POWER Basketball Academy and South Dakota Attack Basketball, are combining to form a new organization.
The Sanford POWER Basketball Academy runs a fall/winter and summer club team for boys and girls at the Sanford Pentagon. South Dakota Attack Basketball, founded 10 years ago by Bill Cartwright, has a history of producing strong teams and developing outstanding players.
Coaches and staff from both programs will join together to form the new organization.
Tryouts for 2023 boys teams 14U-17U will take place on Aug. 20. Tryouts for 2023 girls teams 14U-17U will take place on Aug. 21 at the Sanford Pentagon.
