Three from Watertown to compete at USA Hockey Tier II Tournaments

WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Three Watertown girls are preparing to play for Team South Dakota during the 14U, 16U, and 19U USA Hockey Tier II National Tournaments.
Briella VanDusseldorp will compete for 14U, Jayda Kranz is competing for 16U and Jaclyn Lloyd will be a part of the 19U roster.
All three Team SD teams will hit the ice for their first games on Thursday, March 31st. The Team South Dakota 16U Girls will open up the tournament with an 11 a.m. game against the Florida Alliance. At 1 p.m., the Team South Dakota 19U Girls take on the Steel City Selects and the Team South Dakota 14U Girls have an evening match-up with the New Jersey Bandits at 5:15 PM.
Teams from 11 different states will compete at the USA Hockey Tier II National Tournament in three rounds of pool play, with the top teams advancing to the championship rounds. The Tier II National Championships runs through Monday, April 4th in West Center, Pennsylvania.
