WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown, like many cities, has begun the process of re-opening park and recreation facilities that were shut down in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
On Tuesday, Parks and Recreation Director Terry Kelly gave an update on ball fields, swimming pools and summer recreation programs.
