WATERTOWN, S.D.–No final decisions have been made yet on whether students in the Watertown School District will be back in the classroom this fall, continue distance learning from home, or whether there’ll be a hybrid of the two.

KWAT News spoke with Superintendent Jeff Danielsen (pictured) on Wednesday….

And he says they’ve got some documents to help guide their decision….

There’s a preference to get kids back in the classroom, which is the ideal scenario for learning….

And what about high school sports in the fall? Will they be played??

You can hear the full interview with Superintendent Danielsen Friday morning on “What’s Up” on KWAT.
