South Dakota’s voter turnout numbers released

PIERRE, S.D.–All the votes cast in South Dakota’s elections Tuesday have been counted, and that means voter turnout numbers have been calculated.
Secretary of State Monae Johnon‘s office says the turnout was 69.9 percent.
Just over 436,000 ballots were cast.
South Dakota went into the election with just over 624,000 registered voters.
