South Dakota resuming tests for COVID-19; state’s total remains at eleven  (Audio)

PIERRE, S.D.–Another day of no changes in coronavirus numbers in South Dakota.

That’s due to a delay in testing because of a lack of necessary supplies.

The COVID-19 count remains at eleven.

The number of pending cases continues to rise. It was at 350 Wednesday. Today, the Health Department reports that number is at 385.

Governor Noem expects positive cases to rise as testing resumes today. She spoke this morning at the Emergency Operations Center in Pierre…

Five hundred fifty tests in South Dakota have come back negative.

Nationally, the number of positive cases in approaching 11,000.
