South Dakota gasoline prices edge downward

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Gasoline prices in South Dakota have trickled downward over the past month.

AAA Auto Club, which tracks prices nationwide, reports the statewide average is $3.27 a gallon for regular unleaded. That’s down from $3.31 a gallon a month ago.

The national average is $3.43 a gallon, which is seven cents a gallon HIGHER than it was a month ago.

At this time last year, the national average was $4.24 a gallon. In South Dakota, it was $3.94 a gallon.
