State Fair manager provides construction update on the DEX (Audio)

HURON, S.D.–South Dakota State Fair Manager Peggy Besch appeared before the Huron City Commission this week to talk about the fair coming up at the end of the month, and she gave them an update on the brand new Dakota Events Complex (DEX), which is ready to open….

With the DEX yet to host an event, Besch said they made some adjustments to the schedule for its use during this year’s fair….

A ribbon cutting for the DEX is planned for 2 pm on the first day of the state fair Thursday August 31st.
