WATERTOWN, S.D.–For the seventh consecutive month, Watertown Regional Airport (ATY) surpassed one thousand passenger enplanements.
Airport Manager Rob Cyrus says total boardings for September were 1,314. The breakdown saw 761 passenger board flights to Denver, 447 to Chicago, and 106 Montana State alumni who boarded a charter flight out of Watertown after attending the Montana State vs. SDSU football game in Brookings.
For the year, Watertown is at 11,665 passenger enplanements, or just a shade under 1,300 per month.
