SISSETON, S.D.–No injuries but there was a big mess to clean up after a semi hauling corn tipped over in Sisseton Tuesday morning, spilling its load in the process.

It happened at the intersection of South Dakota Highways 10 and 127 around 10 a.m.

The driver, 53 year-old Chris Davidson of Beardsley, Minnesota, was not injured.

The Highway Patrol says as Davidson was turning onto Highway 127 from Highway 10, the corn shifted to the passenger side of the trailer, causing the semi to roll and spill its contents.

That section of the highway was closed for about 90 minutes while the mess was cleaned up.
