SDHP identifies three people killed in crash south of Parkston

PARKSTON, S.D. – Three men from St. James, Minnesota have been identified as the people who died last Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash three miles south of Parkston.
The Highway Patrol says 23 year-old Irvin Parra, 25 year-old Jaziel Vera and 26 year-old Victor Moreno were passengers in a car that lost control on an icy Highway 37 and slid into the path of an oncoming pickup.
The driver of the car sustained life-threatening injuries. The driver of the pickup had minor injuries.
