PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) — A federal advisory panel has endorsed the use of Pfizer’s coronavirus vaccine. South Dakota Health Department Secretary Kim Malsam-Rysdon says they have been working on a vaccination plan for several months

The health department expects to get about eight thousand doses of vaccine in the first supply next week.
