SIOUX FALLS, S.D.–While the Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots continue to climb, South Dakota’s exclusive lotto game had a jackpot winner.
Saturday’s Dakota Cash drawing resulted in a $153,778 jackpot winner. The winning ticket was purchased at a Casey’s General Store on West 57th Street in Sioux Falls.
The odds of hitting the jackpot were 1:324,632.
While the Dakota Cash jackpot was won, the weekend drawings saw the Powerball and Mega Millions jackpots continue to reach rare heights.
The Powerball jackpot for tonight’s drawing is $900 million, which is the third largest in the game’s history. Tuesday’s Mega Millions jackpot is $640 million—the seventh largest in the game’s history.
