WATERTOWN, S.D.–Roger Foote retires later this month from his job as project manager of the Upper Big Sioux River Watershed Project.

Roger joined KWAT’s Todd Enderson and Mike Tanner on “What’s Up” this morning to talk about his career, improvements that have been made in the Big Sioux’s water quality, the challenges of improving the water quality of Lake Kampeska, and what’s next in his retirment.
