WATERTOWN, S.D.–September is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month, and the Redlin Art Center will mark the month by displaying the last painting Terry Redlin completed before his retirement.
The center’s Executive Director, Julie Ranum, says “each year, when I bring this painting back into the gallery, it has more meaning. I meet more people whose lives have been impacted by this disease. It’s a powerful reminder that we must continue to work towards a cure!”
Redlin died on April 24, 2016 at the age of 78.
The Redlin Art Center is open 7 days a week and admission is free.
