WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — The State Varsity Girls Hockey Tournament begins today and runs through Sunday in Aberdeen.
Watertown will come into the tournament with a 9-9 league record. Coach Curt Kranz says his team played well this season:
The Lakers are led this season by Jill Busch and the Lloyd sisters, Jaclyn and Janelle. Coach Kranz says they are anchors of the team:

3 p.m. puck drop. The entire South Dakota Girls Varsity State Hockey Tournament can be heard on 1480 KSDR.
