Prairie Lakes Wellness Center will enter Phase 3 of reopening soon

WATERTOWN, S.D.–Starting on June 22 the Prairie Lakes Wellness Center will enter into Phase 3 which will open up
to all ages. The Swimming Pool will be back to the normal schedule as Open Swims will start up
from 1:00 p.m. -2:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m. weekdays and on the weekends from 1:00 p.m.
-2:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Spots are limited to 50 people per Open Swim during each time frame during the weekdays and would need to call in (605)882-6250 starting at 8
a.m. each day to reserve a spot for that time frame.

Users can only sign up for one-time frame during the day. On weekends will have two spots to sign up for from 1:00 p.m.-2:45 p.m. and
3:15 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Weekends would need to call starting at 11 a.m. each day. Children must be going into 4th grade to not have a parent or guardian with them who is at least 16 years of age or older. Social distancing guidelines will continue.

The Zero Depth Pool will open but the Big Slide will be off limits. Locker Rooms will remain closed as of now, so swimmers will need
to wear their suites to and from the Prairie Lakes Wellness Center.

The Active Heating Sports Zone gymnasiums will continue to stay open and we do request
everyone to bring their own sports equipment as much as possible. The Active Heating Sports
Zone will be available for rentals, but each group will need to have an action plan submitted as
to the guidelines they will each follow.

Along with the Locker Rooms remaining closed there will be no Birthday Parties, Massages, or
Child Watch. The Whirlpool, Saunas and Steam Room will also remain closed as of this time.

Day pass includes the use of the facility, towel service and classes. Children two years of age and under are free.
