WATERTOWN, S.D.—Changes are coming to Prairie Lakes Healthcare System tomorrow (Wednesday) to decrease the risk of coronavirus in the region.

South Dakota’s coronavirus count stands at 30. It includes one case in Codington County. Beadle County has been the state’s hot spot, with 13 positive cases being reported.
