One victim of deadly Interstate 90 crash near Plankinton identified

PLANKINTON, S.D.–One of the people killed in an an accident on Interstate 90, three miles west of Plankinton on the Fourth of July has been identified.
The Highway Patrol says 26 year-old Wes Noisy Hawk of Dupree was a passenger in a car that drove off the Interstate and into a ditch where it rolled.
Noisy Hawk was dead at the scene.
A second passenger, a 60 year-old man, was also killed. His name has not been released yet.
The driver, 19 year-old Kyanne Redwater of Pierre, sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized in Sioux Falls.
Charges against her are pending.
