North Dakota prison escapee caught in South Dakota

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KFGO) – A man with ties to Fargo and Bismarck who escaped from the minimum security drug rehabilitation treatment center in Jamestown has been apprehended in South Dakota. He walked away from the center on July 18. He stole a pickup pulling a large trailer.
The Corson County Sheriff’s office says following a tip from a helpful citizen, 39-year-old Nathan Lang and his girlfriend, Yorishia Hoon, were located and taken safely into custody in northeastern Corson County on Friday. A two-year-old was also in the pickup Lang was driving. The child was placed into protective custody.
Lang had been convicted of theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was in custody after his probation was revoked. He’s now facing additional charges.
