PIERRE, S.D.–Governor Kristi Noem is suing President Joe Biden—again.

This time it’s over the President’s executive order to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) that requires most employers to get government-mandated COVID-19 vaccinations or testing.

Noem said on social media that will affect over 100 million Americans.

Attorney General Jason Ravensborg’s office has joined with Missouri and other states in filing the lawsuit.

Noem says she is protecting the freedom of South Dakotans to make their own health choices.

Noem has also sued the Biden Administration over not allowing 4th of July fireworks at Mount Rushmore.
