Noem says South Dakota seeing a backlog of COVID-19 tests  (Audio)

RAPID, CITY, S.D.–There was no change Thursday in the number of coronavirus cases in South Dakota, but the number of people who’ve been tested and are waiting for the results took a major jump.

Here’s what Governor Kristi Noem said at a news conference in Rapid City….

The governor expects the number of positive cases will go higher…

Minnesota has 77 cases of COVID-19. North Dakota has seven, including two additional cases that were announced Wednesday, one of them in an elementary school student in Mandan.
