WATERTOWN, S.D.—Governor Kristi Noem made a stop in Watertown Wednesday afternoon.

She spoke to shareholders of Glacial Lakes Energy at their annual meeting.

The governor talked about the difficult weather for farmers, mentioning South Dakota had more prevent plant acres than any state in the country this year.

She also gave an update on the conversion of the state motor vehicle fleet to a 30-percent ethanol blend.

After her remarks, the governor met with reporters, KWAT News Director Mike Tanner asked her about the recent unveiling of the new, “We’re On It” anti-meth campaign….

Noem believes this campaign will make a difference…

She says one thing is certain—people are paying attention….

The anti-meth campaign rolled out last month was developed by a Minneapolis advertising agency.
