WATERTOWN, S.D.–Kristi Noem recently made official the news that many had been expecting. She’s running for a second term as South Dakota governor.
In her weekly visit with KWAT News Director Mike Tanner, she talked about that decision, along with her thoughts on the merger of the Departments of Agriculture and Environment and Natural Rescources, and how she’s honoring the late Dale Jones of Watertown this winter.
