PIERRE, S.D.–South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem delivered her budget recommendations for the upcoming Fiscal Year during a speech to lawmakers in Pierre Tuesday.

Watertown was mentioned twice in the governor’d budget speech. The first came during her comments about facilities in the state that take care of people dealing with mental health issues…
The second Watertown reference came up when the governor talked about the South Dakota National Guard…
Budget decisions will be made by lawmakers and the governor as the 98th legislative assembly begins next month.
