NEW: Watertown police arrest man for possessing child pornography

WATERTOTWN, S.D.–Watertown police have arrested a man for possessing Child Pornography.
Their investigation began February 3rd after receiving a tip.
Authorities executed multiple search warrants and seized a cell phone belonging to 22 year-old Spencer Noah Jacobs, which led him to be charged with nine counts of Possession of Child Pornography.
Jacobs is a former resident of Watertown, who’s now living in Dawson, Minnesota.
He was arrested in Watertown Tuesday without incident.
Jacobs is being held in the Codington County Detention Center on $10,000 cash bond.
