WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — If you have attended a Watertown Arrow game anytime in the past three weeks, you have noticed some changes with the scoreboard.
A brand new video scoreboard was installed at Watertown Civic Arena over the Christmas break. Athletic Director Craig Boyens tells us how it came together:
