WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — A new system and a new culture have come to the Lakers this season.

Under his first year in Watertown, Coach Evan Witt has installed a new culture and a new system for the Lakers: Witt talks more about that culture that he says feels like family:
