NEW: Mount Marty College to build new residence hall

YANKTON, S.D.—Mount Marty College officials have announced plans to build a new $4.5 million residence hall on their flagship campus in Yankton.

 

The three story, 20,000 square foot building will contain 96 beds for third and fourth year students.

 

School officials say the new dormitory is on the “fast track for construction,” and should be ready for occupancy by August 2020.

 

It will be the fourth dorm on the Mount Marty campus. The college operates satellite campuses in Watertown and Sioux Falls.
