ND Country Fest postponed to 2021

June 29, 2020

NEW SALEM, N.D.–What had been billed as one of the fastest growing music fests in the country has been canceled for this year. Organizers of ND Country Fest near New Salem have announced that the event will be moved to July 8, 9, 10, 2021.

Holding a large gathering while maintaining the health and safety of fans, artists, crew, staff and sponsors were the concerns, according to ND Country Fest organizers.

People who have already purchased tickets for the 2020 festival can either hang onto them for next year or request a full refund for the admission and camping passes.

“We promised you the social event of the summer and our biggest lineup yet,” festival organizers said in a statement. “We will be together again in 2021!”

Among those scheduled to perform were Chris Janson, Diamond Rio, Little Texas and Lee Roy Parnell.
