WATERTOWN, S.D.–The city of Watertown will pay $65,500 to have a company move TSA checkpoint equipment from the existing airport terminal to the new one.

The contract with the Vertex Company was approved Monday night.

Public Works Director Heath VonEye says the relocation of this equipment can’t be done by just anyone with a moving truck….

The equipment will be moved in the coming weeks as the new airport terminal is expected to open late next month.
