Moen signs with Dakota Wesleyan

MITCHELL, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — Webster’s Ausin Moen has signed to jump at Dakota Wesleyan.

Moen competed in the triple jump, long jump, 200-meter and 100-meter dash for the Bearcats. He took sixth at state in the triple jump with a leap of 42 feet. His best mark in the long jump was 21 feet, while recording a personal best time of 21 seconds in the 200-meter dash and 11 seconds in the 100-meter dash.

While at Webster, Moen also competed in football and basketball and was a member of FFA and the ‘B’ Honor Roll.

He joins 17 other athletes who has signed to compete in track and field for the Tigers in the 2020-2021 season.
