May 2, 2020
ST. LOUIS PARK, Minn.—The Minnesota Broadcasting Hall of Fame induction ceremony will be postponed until Saturday, April 24, 2021.
In a news release, the Hall of Fame wrote, “We all know there is great uncertainty about when traditional activities will resume over the coming months. That includes the re-opening of businesses, schools, restaurants, etc. We feel the postponement of this event is the decision that best reflects the Pavek Museum’s values and mission, as the health and safety of our Pavek Museum staff and guests is always our highest priority.”
The 2020 Minnesota Broadcasting Hall of Fame will take place on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at the Pavek Museum in St. Louis Park, MN.
One of the inductees is longtime broadcaster Don Egert, who got his broadcasting career started as a teenager at KWAT Radio in Watertown.
Thank you for your continuing support of the Pavek Museum and your understanding in this time of uncertainty.
