MIAMI, F.L. (NBA.com) — The Miami HEAT have announced the signing of Clark native and guard Skyler Flatten.  Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Flatten played his entire collegiate career at South Dakota State, appearing in 33 games (all starts) as a senior last season and averaged 15.5 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 1.24 steals and 36.5 minutes while shooting 51.7 percent from the field, 44 percent from three-point range and 68.3 percent from the foul line. He was named to the All-Summit League Second Team after leading the team in minutes (1,205) while finishing second in steals (41), blocks (13) and three-point field goals made (84) and third in points (510), assists (73), field goals made (185) and field goal percentage. Flatten recorded eight 20-point games and connected on at least three three-point field goals in 12 games.
