Meints concerned that hospital workers are wearing down

ABERDEEN, S.D. — COVID-19 numbers continue to soar throughout South Dakota and that has led community leaders to look at ways to help slow
the spread of the virus.

Brown County Emergency Manager Scott Meints said numbers in the Aberdeen area have definitely gone up.

He says a big concern for him is that hospital workers are beginning to wear down.

The Aberdeen City Council is scheduled to discuss a mask mandate at Monday night’s meeting.
