The race for a city council seat in Watertown’s Ward B will be an interesting one to settle.
Three candidates are on the ballot. One of them is incumbent Councilman Colin Paulsen, who dropped by the KWAT studios today.
During our conversation, Paulsen was asked about the city’s purchase of the Wells Fargo Bank building, with plans to renovate it into a new City Hall.
