MBB: Hot Shooting Propels Idaho Past SDSU

MOSCOW, IDAHO (GoJacks.com) — Idaho’s hot shooting propelled the Vandals to a 98-84 victory over South Dakota State in men’s basketball Wednesday at ICCU Arena.

South Dakota State (8-3) had five players in double figures. Baylor Scheierman recorded his fifth double-double of the season and 18th of his career behind a season-high 22 points and 14 rebounds. Noah Freidel has now scored in double figures in all 10 games he has played. He tallied 15 points, as did Douglas Wilson, while Luke Appel chipped in 13 and Charlie Easley added 11.

SDSU continues its road venture to face off against Washington State on Dec. 11 at 2 p.m. in Spokane, Washington.
