PIERRE, S.D.–Mass testing for COVID-19 has been taking place not only at nursing homes and assisted living facilities in South Dakota, but also on some of the state’s Indian Reservations.

Health Department Secretary Kim Malsam-Rysdon gave an update on that Tuesday….

The Oglala and Cheyenne River Sioux Tribes have set up checkpoints on state and U.S. highways on their reservations in an attempt to keep the virus from infiltrating their people.
