WATERTOWN, S.D.–A man is in jail after leading law enforcement officers in Watertown on a slow speed pursuit.

Codington County deputies were attempting to stop a vehicle that had been driving erratically on Interstate 29 .

The vehicle was northbound, but rather than stop, the driver went through the median and began going southbound.

The vehicle turned off at the Watertown exit, where Watertown police deployed spike strips, which were successful in disabling the vehicle.

Authorities arrested the driver, 34 year-old Robert Enoch of Sisseton (pictured) , on charges of Aggravated Eluding, DUI, and a number of drug charges.

Enoch was being held in the Codington County Detention Center on a parole detainer, and on $20,000 cash only bond.
