HOWARD, S.D.–A man was killed Thursday morning when two trucks collided  at an intersection seven miles west of Howard, South Dakota.

 

The South Dakota Highway Patrol says one of the trucks was pulling a grain trailer and was eastbound on Highway 34 near the intersection of Highway 25.

 

It was struck by a truck that was northbound on Highway 25 and ran a stop sign.

 

The 35 year-old man driving the truck that failed to stop was dead at the scene.

 

The other truck driver was not injured.

 

Names have not been released yet.

 

The crash was reported at 9:10 a.m. Thursday.
