Man arrested for setting fire outside Sioux Falls City Hall (Audio)

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.–A man is in jail after attempting to set a fire outside of the west entrance of Sioux Falls City Hall Monday afternoon.
Police spokesman Sam Clemens says 36 year-old Tyler Mason of Sioux Falls was arrested for possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, and reckless burning.
Mason is alleged to have started a small fire that was burning in a landscaping area outside City Hall. There was minimal damage.
