WATERTOWN, S.D.–Watertown city officials held a public “virtual community listening session” on Tuesday as a platform for community conversation and civic engagement.

And there was another topic that consistently came up…..
Mack says the city council will take the information they heard at the virtual listening session and talk about it further at a retreat in April.
She says the city might hold a second virtual listening session sometime in March.
