Local athletes compete at SDGA Sanford Series stop at Brookings

BROOKINGS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — The SDGA Sanford Golf Series made a stop at the Brookings Country Club on Tuesday, July 5th.

Jaden Solheim and Ty Lendards of Watertown both tied for ninth place carding a 79. Mark Mahowald of Watertown shot an 80 good for a 15th place tie. Gabe Norberg of Watertown tied for 20th place with a score of 81. Caleb Barse of Sisseton finished the day with an 86.

Next up on the SDGA Sanford Golf Series is a stop at Meadowbrook and Hart Ranch July 11th and 12th.
