Here is the Legal Advice Without The Price question for Thursday, February 11, 2020.
My husband and I had a disagreement and he pushed me and charged with domestic assault. The Judge ordered a no contact order. I contacted my husband and started a conversation with him. He contacted his lawyer and asked if he could talk with me. His lawyer said absolutely not. Does the judge have the right to issue a no contact order? What opens if my husband talks to me? Do I have a say?
