Legal Advice Without The Price – April 30, 2020

Here is the Legal Advice without the Price question for April 30, 2020

Dear Ron,

Last month I went to a retail store to buy some office supplies. I was in quarantine for two weeks before. I am sure I caught COVID-19 at the store because an employee was coughing and not wearing a mask. Can I sue the retail store for not having a safe environment? Is the store liable for my medical damages? Loss of wages?

Hear Ron’s answer below.
