Legal Advice Without The Price – April 14, 2020
Here is the Legal Advice Without the Price question for Tuesday, April 14, 2020
Dear Ron,
Can my employer mandate that I fill out a form inquiring about my off duty activities and visitors, before returning to work each day, in order to evaluate my risk of exposing other employees to covid-19 (even if I am not sick or displaying symptoms of any kind)? Is this a violation of privacy laws and can I be reprimanded for not filling out such a form?
Hear Ron’s answer below.
