WATERTOWN, S.D.—The Watertown City Council on Monday night approved a special beer and wine license for Lake Area Technical College.
It’s for the night LATC holds their largest fundraiser of the year, the Festival of Trees.
Foundation Director Tracy Hlavacek told the council due to the pandemic, they’re putting a cap on the number of people who’ll be able to attend….
The Festival of Trees will be held on Friday, November 20th.
