BROOKINGS, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — The Watertown Lakers would split their games at Brookings on Saturday night.

The boys would come away with a 3-2 win in overtime. Conner Bramer and Mason Evans would each score a goal in the game. Van Dusseldorp would score the winning goal in the OT period. Owen McBride would stop 37 of 39 shots on goal. Brookings would outshoot Watertown in the contest 39-15.

The Laker guys (8-8-1) wrap up their regular season at home vs Sioux Falls 2 on Friday and face Rushmore on Saturday and Sunday.

Laker girls would fall 7-2 at Brookings. Jaclyn Lloyd would be the offensive attack with both of the Laker goals. Sydnie Young would stop 31 of 38 shots on goal. Brookings would outshoot Watertown in the contest 38 to 22.

The Laker gals wrap up their regular season with a 5-10 record.
