WATERTOWN, S.D. (GoWatertown.net) — The Watertown Lakers would fall to Sioux Falls One 5-3 Friday night at Maas Arena.

Mason Lloyd would get the scoring started 3:58 into the first period. Conner Bramer would add another Laker goal to take a 2-0 lead at 7:50 into the first period. Sioux Falls would then score 5 straight. Watertown’s Jacob Van Dusseldorp would add another goal at 16:22 in the third to make the final 5-3.

Jared Slobotski, Jacob Van Dusseldorp and Mason Lloyd would tally assists in the contest.

In the net, Owen McBride would stop 22 of 27 shots on goal. Watertown would out shoot Sioux Falls in the contest 32-27.

The Lakers (2-4-1) face Oahe at Maas Arena Saturday night at 8:30 p.m. Jeff Anderson will have coverage on 1480 KSDR with video at GoWatertown.net.
